Emotional Peace is a clear, step by step system for Mastering Your Emotions and Unlocking Your Natural Joy. It teaches you how to untangle your emotions and reconnect with Spirit on a deep level.

When I first learned of some of these techniques like present moment awareness, mindfulness meditation, and relaxation training, I really didn't know quite how to use them, in what order and combination for really effective stress management.

So I became relentless in searching for the solution. I experimented and studied and created my own system. It worked so well for me that I shared it with others, and soon realized that I had discovered a truly transformational system. Mastering your emotions and unlocking your natural joy are the main results of this practice, and that's just for starters!

Less Pain = Less Stress

This site is the culmination of an amazing journey of stress management that I began 6 years ago, after realizing that my chronic pain was so exacerbated by stressful thinking about it, that it made my life unbearable. I had tried everything in conventional and alternative medicine, and nothing helped.

So I went on an investigative journey to find ways to use the power of my mind to calm my stress, as well as chronic pain. Soon after, I discovered that my new strategies and techniques worked beautifully for those who needed stress relief alone as well.

Our Natural State Is Both Joy and Peace

You might have heard this before: “The peace we long for is truly within us.” I have heard people repeat that statement many times, with a tinge of hope and a certain amount of wistfulness, as if to say, “if only that were really true.”

But, I assure you, it is within us, and we simply have to dig it out from where we buried it under a mound of stress. Once I was one of those people who repeated that phrase in a less than convincing manner, for most of my life in fact.

But I’m happy to report that I now experience that peace and joy on a regular basis. I am always heading toward my goal of living there every moment of my life. I am becoming master of my emotions, and I'm certainly unlocking my natural joy!

But I feel like the explorer who says, “see what a wondrous land I found,” to everyone she meets. I realize everyone has their own timetable, and that some may never be ready to change, regardless of the rewards.

Somehow it still surprises me when those who are obviously stressed out are less than enthusiastic about my great discovery. :-) Those who are ready are the ones I’m here to help, and it’s my joyful and passionate goal to do that.

I’ll help you too, if you’ll allow me the honor and the privilege of teaching you stress management and how to master your emotions.
